The linear feeder is an electromagnetic drive unit that can transport materials on troughs and chutes in a stable straight line, as its name suggests. It has leaf springs at both ends of the unit body, which, along with the electromagnet, provide linear vibrations to the trough or chute. Particularly, the angle of the leaf springs can be adjusted, allowing for free variation of vibration characteristics such as amplitude and vibration angle, as well as enabling uniform vibrations along the entire length of the trough. This feature allows for the transportation and supply of materials without inconsistencies, optimized for the properties of the materials.
